Our Services

High Quality Interior and Exterior Painting Services

What makes us the best…a precise estimate means no surprises at billing time. Count on a clean, non-smoking site, prompt after care, and a professional, caring crew.

A common question we get..."how many coats do you normally do?" We always reply with, "It's the second coat that makes us look good." We don't cut corners.

We paint to our own high standards; when we train a new member of our crew, we set the standards high. We paint to Cascadia Standards.

Environmentally Friendly Alternative

My demolition crew described this term as "Taking things apart without destroying everything".

What are the merits of Forensic Demolition?

Deconstruction is an environmentally friendly alternative to demolition. Deconstruction involves systematically disassembling a building in order to maximize reuse, recycling and recovery of the building materials.

Renovation: Reduce the cost of having to buy new items when certain elements that are not past their due date can be preserved with a little extra effort. (i.e.: sinks, cabinets, plumbing, hardware, fixtures, walls & ceilings, small built in appliances such as garburators).

Recycle: separate your waste materials to meet the requirements of the dump, so that products like gypsum, metal and dimensional wood (2x4's, plywood, etc) can be dumped in the appropriate places for recycle.

Reuse it: Many discarded items from a renovation can be reused. With a little extra effort items like sinks & windows can be salvaged and donated. In the lower mainland see the ReUse Store: www.habitat.ca

Reducing Waste in the Construction Industry

Did you know that waste from the construction and demolition of houses, from land clearing and renovation makes up a third of our region’s waste? This is equivalent to 1.4 million tonnes each year. Almost 70 per cent of this waste is recycled. The rest of it, mostly wood waste, is landfilled. This alone adds up to 300,000 tonnes scrapped by residents and businesses. More than half of the wastes related to the construction industry can be salvaged, reused and recycled.
